It is not an appraisal. Not a guarantee. Not advice to buy or sell. You decide what to do with the listing.
Identification and comps can be wrong. Stamps get misread. Listings lie. Sold data on the web is incomplete. If the ID looks off, say so on the card.
First qualifying scan is free. After that: $7 for one more scan, or $9.99 per month for scans while the month is active.
No refunds. Not on the $7 scan. Not on the monthly plan.
Monthly billing renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime. The current month is not refunded.
Payments run through Stripe. We never see your full card number.
You grant ClubCheck a license to store the photos, the result, and any correction you submit so we can run the product and make the next check better. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use.
No scraping the API. No reselling our output as your own appraisal service. No illegal content in uploads.
ClubCheck is provided as-is. We are not liable for a club you bought, passed on, or priced using the tool. Vermont law governs. Disputes stay in Vermont courts.
